At The Up and Up Salon we want you to have a great experience! Although we always strive to get it right on the first try, sometimes we miss the mark. In those situations it is our policy to do everything possible to insure that you are happy. If you did not have the experience that you expected to have in our salon please let us know and we will get to working on a resolution right away.

- For Services Rendered: All services provided are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to address your concerns and offer a complimentary adjustment or correction, as applicable.
- Feedback Welcome: Your feedback is invaluable to us. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please share them with our team so we can continually improve your experience.

Product Returns and Exchanges
We back our products 100%. If you are not happy with your purchase, bring it back within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to find you a different product or refund your products. Products must be at least 3/4 of the way full for exchanges or refunds.
