At The Up and Up Salon we want you to have a great experience! Although we always strive to get it right on the first try, sometimes we miss the mark. In those situations it is our policy to do everything possible to insure that you are happy. If you did not have the experience that you expected to have in our salon please let us know and we will get you in right away to make the adjustments needed.

Product Returns and Exchanges

We back our products 100%. If you are not happy with your purchase, bring it back within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to find you a different product or refund your products. Products must be at least 3/4 of the way full for exchanges or refunds.
