All haircutting and color, retexturizing ( perm/smoothing) and extension services come with our signature shampoo service and a thorough consultation. In our consultation your stylist will go over all services needed to achieve the style desired, products needed, maintenance and pricing.  Our signature shampoo you will receive a 3 minute scalp massage with a hot steam towel and aroma therapy experience! Want a longer scalp massage? Ask your stylist about our deep conditioning treatments or extended scalp massage service upgrades!

Design Haircut: In our design haircut service, we practice Principal Based Design Cutting practices to give you the perfect shape. Bring us your inspiration photo and we will customize the style to your face shape and hair texture. Design Haircuts are for anyone who wears their hair straight 80% of the time or more. This is your classic haircutting service and includes our signature shampoo and a finished style, iron work can be added for an additional charge.

Custom Curly Haircut: Our Custom Curly Haircut service, we cut curl by curl to give you a truly bespoke haircut. We cut your hair dry so we can make adjustments for your hair texture and curl formations so you will have the most visually even haircut possible. You should arrive to your haircut appointment with your hair as you normally wear it, down, and no more than 1 day out from a shampoo. This service includes our signature shampoo service and a curly hair set.

Haircut No Blow-dry: This service is typically applied with basic clipper cutting. Complicated clipper cuts may still be charged as a Design haircut or Custom Curly haircut if more time is needed to complete. This service includes our signature shampoo service and very light styling( no more than 4-5 minutes)

Bang Trim/undercut clean up: This service is for a basic bang trim and undercut clipper clean up. No shampoo or styling is included.

Single Process Color: This is a global or all over color service. Maintenance  for this service is typically 4 weeks and no more than 6 weeks. Single process color can cover white hair, go darker or lighter( on virgin hair only) or be used to add shine to the hair. Our service price includes enough hair color for the typical regrowth application, we may need to charge additional bowls of color if you have very thick hair or need to pull through the ends of the hair. If you do not have a lot of hair, we may be able to pull through without charging extra bowls of color. If you have color already and want to make a change we may need to do additional services (color correction) to get your hair to a state that we can color. Not maintaining your single process color as your stylist recommends will result in uneven color results(banding) and can lead to additional color charges.

Creative Highlight: This type of service typically results in foil work but can include the use of some hand-painting techniques and the use of other materials to place dimensional color. This service can include a variety of different color styles such as Babylights, Lived in Color, Rooted Color, Foilayage and your traditional foil highlights. Maintenace is typically 6-8 weeks but may be sooner or later depending on your stylist recommendations.

Balayage: In our salon, everyone is trained in Traditional French Balayage. Traditional French Balayage is a hand-painted highlighting method that mimics what the sun does naturally to your hair. With Balayage you will get a more natural, sun kissed color that is lower maintenance than most foil work or single process color. Balayage creates a more even highlight from root to end, with the emphasis  of color at the mid-lengths and ends. It can create ombre styles but does not have to. Typical maintenance for balayage is 8-12 weeks but may be sooner or later depending on your stylist recommendations.

Glossing/Toning : A gloss is a service in which we tone the hair to the color that we are wanting to see. When we use lightener to lift the hair color, we expose the natural underlying pigment. A gloss or toner will help us balance that color while adding a vinyl like shine and resurfacing effect on the hair. The gloss/toner pigment will last in your hair for typically 6-8 weeks depending on the health and treatment of your hair.

Gloss Refresh: This service is offered as a maintenance option for our highlighted guest. As stated above, gloss/toning services typically last 6-8 weeks but some of our guest do not need to be highlighted every 6-8 weeks. This service was created to refresh your tone and give you extra nourishment with our Signature Deep Conditioning Treatment that is included. This service is only available to our returning highlighted guest and only one Gloss Refresh service is permitted between each highlighting service.

Other Things To Note: Color appointments do not come with a finished style, but we do discount our shampoo blow-dry service with color.

Highlighting is priced by the amount of color used and number of pieces placed.  Our highlighting services are broken down into Face Frame ( up to 7 highlights) , Half Head ( up to 16 highlights) or Full Head ( up to 32 highlights ).

highlights vs low lights- A highlight is when a section of hair is lighter than the rest, and a low-light is when a section of hair is darker than the rest of the hair. Highlights and lowlights can be created by foils, balayage or single process color techniques.

Perm: A perm, is short for ‘permanent wave. In a perming service we wrap your hair in rods, then treat it with a chemical solution that will permanently set the internal structure of your hair into a curl or wave formation. A perm will last typically two-6 months depending on your hair type, the type of curls/waves you received and how you care for your new permed hair. Not everyone is a candidate for a perm service, if your hair is highly sensitized( damaged), you have had lightener on over 40% of your hair or have hair that is too short to wrap around the perm rod, a perm is not a good solution for you.
